When you download the 0.6.2 bundle, you have to make .sh file executable. To do this, just type this in you quotero directory:

chmod 775 ./StartQuotero.sh chmod 775 .//quotero_tomcat/bin/*sh

And now, start quotero deployment with:

./StartQuotero.sh
